3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. AI Services

• You should verify AI outputs before making business decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights
• AI features may use third-party providers subject to their terms

8. Intellectual Property

The Desicon platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination
